Recruitment Process

We have a highly transparent recruitment process. We give an opportunity to both, the clients and candidates, to know each other well. In our recruitment process, we do not discriminate on grounds like religion, belief, race, sex, cast, or ethnic group. We make our recruitment decisions on the basis of qualifications, merit and business needs.

Our Recruitment Process can be primarily categorized in three different phases: -
  • Planning - Structure, Focus, Identity, Prepare
  • Implementation - Contact, Evaluate, Select
  • Closure - Select & Offer

Planning Phase

  • In the planning stage, we evaluate the requirements of our clients to determine the required set of skills and hence understand the organizational behavior and relationships.
  • In order to find the suitable candidate, we give prime consideration to the company's existing business activities, business plans, and work-culture like structures, systems and future plans.
  • We concentrate on-the-job description, its key result areas, opportunities, career implications, location, salary and benefits.

Implementation

  • After receiving application forms, if we find CV of the candidates suitable, then we call him/her for an interview. The implementation stage consists of several phases including; preliminary interviews, short-listing of candidates, informal reference checks, client interviews and formal reference checks.
  • After evaluating candidate's performance in the initial rounds of interview, we only call the selected & appropriate candidates for the main interview.
  • Once the candidate clears this round, one more round of interview is held with the HR person of that particular company, who discusses the pay packages and working arrangements.

Closure

  • We conduct a discussion session with the company and based on that a final decision is taken to hire the candidate.
  • Then comes the last process of recruitment, wherein the offer letter is given to the selected candidate.

Interview's Do's and Don'ts

There are certain things that one must abide by & few other things that one must refrain from, while appearing for any interview. These Do's & Dont's set up the ladder for everyones professional growth. Few of the useful tips from our side are:

Do's Don'ts
Practice answering the anticipated questions. Create positive impact by refraining from negative talks about the previous employer.
Be punctual. Answer all the questions completely, but do not go in details unless asked otherwise.
Showing up late for an interview is not acceptable. Be specific in your approach & do not speak for long duration.
Make sure to smile, give a firm handshake. Don't act as though you may take any or every job or, as this may show your desperation.
Maintain eye contact and most importantly have positive and interested body language. Don't be too informal or over frank, always remember that it is an interview.
Show confidence, make an eye contact with the interviewer as you speak. Don't bring up or discuss personal issues or family problems during interview
Ask for clarification, incase you don't understand any question. Do not lie. Answer all the questions truthfully, frankly and precisely.
